Having Player Tools

I think we can have player tools to let the players playing popeye mu to have a better gaming area.
Player Tools consists the following:
-Skill Maxer
Allowing the player to max all its skills
-Class Advancer
Allows the player from 2nd class to third class
-Level Fix 400
To fix the level of the character back to 400 for e.g.lvl 404 back to lvl 400
-Account Connected Fix
If a player account is connected it will be fix
The format is as follow:

For having Skill Maxer is impossible theres no script for this and this isn't maple
Editing a NPC make it talks and choose the options isn't easy on Mu but Maple is Different
On MU After editing NPC filter needa edit client too.. At The Moment admin is working on the server alone..
