Shouting Function

How do I use the "shout" function? I can't seem to get it to work.

Yeah post that's what I meant, haha. On my server that I was Admin on we called it "Shout" but it was a 99b+ server, so maybe it changed? Idk.

cool, 99b+ is a very long time ago server.
how many yrs back...
The days we start MU we look like a dumb noob.
Dont know WHAT to do , WHERE to go , WHO to do quest , HOW we do this and that.
There is so many question in the old days.
I can still remember that 8 to 9 years back.
Playing gobal server ~ Anyone has got a item +5 is like a GOD.
The 1st guild created is the GOD.
Now even if we go back to gobal u can see there is +13 sets players around u.
And Too many kind of hacks like , Speed , Combo , Elf / DL Bot , BK / SM / MG Bot , Dupe Hacks , 1 Hit Kill Map hack , Flying hack and many more~~ too much to remember.
Private server is still the best. To Know more things ^.^
